Giddings

Last weekend we went on a quick trip to visit Aunt Emily and Uncle John. We were double blessed because Aunt Laurie, Uncle Don, and Grandma came to visit also. We had a great time together talking, helping Emily decorate and move furniture, and Blythe loved playing with everyone {It was nice to have some one else color, play farm, and feed baby with her}. Blythe was also so excited to go see the cows, pigs, and sheep. On the way there she talked on her phone telling the imaginary listener all about how Daddy stayed home to do school work, Gabby stayed with him, and how she was going to see the animals. Then on her way home she kept calling Uncle Don on her phone and asking if he would come color again. While Blythe was taking turns playing with everyone I got to spend time with family catching up on their lives and going through picture books and wonderful memories. To me, being with my family feels like going outside and laying in the sun on a spring day, soaking up all the rays and being filled with warmth. I am truly blessed!
