Here are some more pictures. Notice the oil painting, that is the color palette I am trying to work with. Also, the flower arrangement and pillow on the mantel has all the colors as well. That gives you an idea of what I am going for. This whole thing started because of that black tile around the fireplace!! I am wondering if I should leave my kitchen or paint it green, khaki / sage green.

I still think I like the lighter one.
For the kitchen, I think the brightest will drive you nuts with how bright it is in large quantities once you get it up. The middle color or the khaki look great (even the khaki has strong greenish tones...) I like the walls as is, but think the right color might look fantastic for a change!
Whatever you decide though, I know it will look great and oh, so classy!
I like the lighter green for the kitchen. I see what you are saying now.
